lake views comfortable bed
the hotel provided a bottle of champagne and a delicious cake for our anniversary celebration. we were upgraded to a room, this offered fine views of the lake. the very large bed was super comfortable.
the brasserie staff in the evening demonstrated slow service, lacking basic competence. customer service did not meet expectations for an hotel with a superior reputation. we experienced a more positive contrast in service at a much cheaper hotel.

the suite featured exquisite furnishings and a supremely comfortable king bed. complimentary water bottles and artisanal chocolates looked during turndown service, a lovely touch. the hotel grounds presented manicured lawns and direct access to walking paths, such a romantic place. i found plentiful parking on the premises, included in my stay, so convenient.
the fitness center was very busy in the mornings, limiting immediate access to certain machines.

check-in was very fast and efficient, with polite staff ready to help. concierge services provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, near all you need. staff promptly addressed any requests, maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere, it was so nice.

the location is superb. i found the breakfast to be good. i also liked the bath and separate shower.
We had a room on the top floor, but it lacked a balcony. asking for a room with a balcony was possible, but it faced the side of the building. the service in the bar was very poor. There was actually no service.

Really good Stay, Highly Recommend!
delicious cake fine lake view comfortable king bed
I celebrated a birthday with the special package and it included excellent champagne. a delicious cake. I was kindly upgraded to a lovely room, providing me with a fine view of the lake (it was a welcome surprise). The king bed was large and comfortable. I was very happy with the overall experience.
The gym is small (it felt a bit cramped).
