“The hotel impresses with its lakeside setting and proximity to Annecy, particularly its well-regarded spa. superb location good breakfast separate shower missing balcony poor service top floor

the location is superb. i found the breakfast to be good. i also liked the bath and separate shower.

We had a room on the top floor, but it lacked a balcony. asking for a room with a balcony was possible, but it faced the side of the building. the service in the bar was very poor. There was actually no service.
